What is an Arrangement and Why are Arrangements Important?
An Arrangement in short for "Mutually Beneficial Relationship, which can be for business or personal use" between two or more people for some business or practical application. There are many different types of arrangements that one may need or or want to seek. Seeking arrangements is really about seeking a solution for a needs of individuals or families. This may be increasing income or decreasing debt or reducing taxes. Some people in seeking how to increase income need an advocate to help them put a situation together that will work for them and their needs. That is the basis of what Tkoh can and does for people all of the time, putting people together and helping people make a connection that will work for all people. Other arrangements also applicable are those provide for as an advocate or a broker using the art of negotiation, bringing people together to solve problems or issues or solve needs.
We help you with arrangements and give you to tools and or training to help facilitate those arrangements that you desire in life. Sometimes for a flat fee or a percentage. The point is to make you the best you can be for that arrangement our trainers will evaluate you and your needs to so you will know how marketable you are or how marketable your desire is and once that is done they will talk with you and provide possible options for you.
The Kingdom of Hearts is a think tank where people from all walks of life come to us to solve problems or come up with solutions to problems. We welcome all and at least listen to problems or needs and then take the time to come up with a solution. Should we feel that we have something to offer and a possible solution to a problem we will give you some concepts and a price for what it will cost you to find whatever solution that is needed.
Some of this can be small or some of the solutions and problems can be large. To us the size of the need or problem is not the problem, but how the problem is perceived. How problems or needs are viewed by people is caused by a fairly complicated set of internal beliefs, which are all created in our cognitive years of development. Our (any of us) beliefs control what we do and how we do it. Some beliefs are good and normal and keep us out of trouble. Some beliefs bind or imprison people in their own minds and can actually cause people not to see the truth and that is where beliefs can cause damage and hurt others.
We all as humans are somewhat creatures of self fulfilled prophesy and our beliefs control our futures. It is much like the children's story of the train where it says "I think I can, I think I can," or "I don't think so, I don't think so." That in itself allows a person to either go forward or stop. It causes problem in how we see things or hear thing and how we communicate what we see and what we hear in life.
What TKOH does is help with communications between parties as an advocate or mediator often between other parties and work to a solution to the benefit of all those involved if possible.
