TKOH Foundation
for Humanity:
About us |
What we do:
The Tkoh-Foundation is a think
tank of individuals dedicated at
finding solutions to solve the
needs of people. We are actively
involved in the following:
The Problem and the Need:
T here
are two basic approaches one can
take in life. First, either that
we are all very connected and
all came from the same
beginning. Which also means we
are all related even though,
perhaps distantly and because of
this we are one big family and
with that connection we are
equal, which creates, freedom
and self respect and respect for
each other. If this is
true then we should help each
other. The other option is that
we did not come from the same
place and as a result are not
connected and therefore have no
responsibility for each other.
It also means that some are
better than others and we can
pick and choose who we want to
help.
The end result depending on how
you believe will either justify
starvation and homelessness, war
and even slavery and will create
boundaries that no one dare
cross. It seems that we have
done this method for centuries
and perhaps we should attempt at
least something else. By the
time you finished even reading
this far on this one page at
least 22 will starve to death
needlessly. It is estimated that
some 12,000 per day starve to
death, which not only spreads
disease, but also creates war
and a series of other problems.
This all
happens because of a series of
beliefs that we tend to hold as
truth's. These beliefs allow us
not to care or turn our heads
and do little or nothing. If it
is true that the truth sets us
free then the lack of it seems
to put us all in bondage.
More on
beliefs>>>>>>>
The problem starts with beliefs
and the need to get a different
result is to start with changing
the beliefs, which hopefully
come when people start learning
that what people are currently
doing is either not working or
not working as good as they
think it should. Either way what
is need is Cognitive
Restructuring, which allows
users to identify and examine
ones belief system and make
changes, which will change
situations and needs over a
period of time.
The
TKOH Foundation for Humanity,
is a think tank committed to
improve the quality of life for
people through
Advocacy
in more than 70 countries, with
a global vision and focus on
equality, freedom and respect
for ones self and others. We
make a stand for peace, work to
end starvation and increase the
quality of life.
The
Foundations emphasis is on
collecting and collating
information based on current
conditions, with the purpose of
providing the information to
bring global peace, end
starvation, fight disease, and
build hope through unity and by
providing low cost solutions and
systems to help people create
wealth so they can help
themselves and help others, by
becoming a role model.
In this way, the Foundation
works to reduce human suffering
and starvation globally, which
in place works to prevent civil
and international conflicts. The
Foundation works to provide self
help programs and systems that
do work and help others. These
systems include care for the
needs of people in body, soul
and spirit as a multi-faceted
approach at solving problems.
Our Mission
The
TKOH Foundation is guided by a
fundamental commitment to human
rights and the alleviation of
human suffering, which takes
dealing with the three aspects
of life in a person physical
needs, soul or conscience needs
and also spiritual needs (leave
any of the three parts out and
it will be only a temporary
fix); it seeks to prevent and
resolve conflicts, enhance
freedom, end starvation and
improve health. While the
program agenda may change, The
TKOH Foundation is guided by
five principles:
-
The Foundation
emphasizes
action and
results. Based
on careful
research and
analysis, it is
prepared to take
timely action on
important and
pressing issues.
-
The Foundation
does not
duplicate the
effective
efforts of
others.
-
The Foundation
addresses
difficult
problems and
recognizes the
possibility of
failure as an
acceptable risk.
-
The Foundation
is nonpartisan
and acts as a
neutral in
dispute
resolution
activities.
-
The Foundation
believes that
people can
improve their
lives when
provided with
the necessary
skills,
knowledge, and
access to
resources and we
work to provide
solutions to
meet those needs
helping people
go on a
different path
in life that
helps themselves
and then are
able to the help
others.
The TKOH Foundation collaborates
with other organizations, public
and private, in carrying out its
mission.
We are responsible…..
When
anyone, anywhere, reaches out for help,
We want
our hand always to be there. For that we
are responsible.
We are
responsible both to God
and
each other.
It Doesn't have to be the way it is!
"Together
we can make a change, we can make a difference!"
"God
gave us His Son, Spirit, Love, Direction,
Purpose, Gifts, and free will. He gave us all
the basic tools to either care for Him and
others or care just for ourselves.
It is a choice either way, to either learn to
work together to solve problems, but at the end,
when it is all said and done, our true hearts
will be exposed. We are given two things to do,
love God and love our neighbor as ourselves.
